Although the vehicle can be used as a service bus, it can also be licensed as a minibus, and driven on a normal licence.

The wide, power-operated doors open up to an easy access to the passenger compartment, and the vehicle has a "kneeling" facility and wheel-chair ramp. There are 10 fixed seats (complete with seat belts) on the raised platform at the rear, plus four tip-up seats on the lower floor. Alternatively, this space can be used for wheelchairs.
