First, check the route maps above. If the journey you want to make starts or ends on a flexible section of route (shown
as blue on the map), it is essential that you pre-book your journey with the Travel Centre so that the driver will know
to travel along the section of route you want to be picked up/dropped off.

If the start and end points of your journey are both on a fixed section of route (shown as red on the map) you do not
need to book your journey. However, due to popularity certain journeys may not have seats available. Priority will be
given to booked passengers, and the travel advisor can confirm travel times and seat availability, plus the driver will be
ready to stop for you at your agreed location.

There are no restrictions on who can use the bus. Route 99 is fully wheelchair accessible,
and all drivers are specially trained to help you board and alight from the bus if needed.
