In 2020 the service level was temporally reduced on the Connect 7 service due to coronavirus 4204 was fitted with a Compass Travel Ticketer machine to allow the bus to be used on other services, in the photo above 4204 is seen in June 2021 on Burgess Hill town service 35C.
